This have happened to all of us...some more than once or more.
Customer finally decides a day or days later wants to buy that car, truck, SUV or van worked you for hours to a crazy price...but someone else sold it.
For those that had this experience, how was your customer’s reaction when you told them what they wanted to think about got sold. And how made you feel?
